EXTERIOR: Nice 36
ft., smooth sides (not corrugated). Exterior shines
nice, stickers/graphic colors look good, showing
some fading. Passenger/bus entry with separate
screen door, electric entry step, access handle, A&E
Oasis entry awning. Large aluminun-encased porch
awning by A&E Systems, tinted windows, plenty of
exterior storage, electrical outlets, stereo, driver
and passenger side porch lights, roof access ladder
in rear, Reese-style hitch receiver, Sony rear view
camera, 22.5 Alcoa wheels, dual Hadley air horns, Trac-Dome
satellite dish.
COCKPIT: Tilt
wheel, steering wheel column cruise

lower/center beverage holder. 2 overhead front
glass-faced cabinets - cabinet above driver seat

Dimension output breaker, on/off switch, video
selector box. Overhead/center large GE color
television. There are 2 overhead double door side
cabinets each with a lower map/reading light. Driver
side panel has a large sliding window with screen,
draw shade, trans shift, power mirror controls,
beverage holder, HWH hydraulic leveling jack
controls. Passenger/bus entry with separate screen
door with sliding lock/lever cover, electric entry
step for easy 5-step entry. Carpeted stairwell
cover, 2 hand rails, switch panel (porch, ceiling,
compartment lamps, step), and fire extinguisher all
located in stair well area. Draw shade for both
passenger side panel window and entry door window.
Passenger side panel has window, beverage
holder, light switch panel. Wrap-around windshield
curtain for night time privacy. Dual reclining
leather captains seats, both with arm rests, seat
belts and rear map pockets. Leather is in good
condition/medium wear, does show creasing/minor
cracking and some minor blemishes, but I did not see
any rips or burn holes. Dash Gauges: MPH/kmh,
digital odometer, engine temp., fuel, front air,
rear air, rpm, oil, volt. Dash Switches/Controls:
aux. start, fog lamps, wiper/wash, lights, exhaust
brake, parking brake, slide-out control, radio
power, aux. battery, generator, aux. fans, air
horns, check antenna indicator light.
SLIDE-OUTS: This coach is
equipped with two slide-outs. The larger one
expands the living and dining area and contains a
sofa sleeper, bench-style dinette sleeper, windows,
lighting units, overhead cabinets, Black & Decker
Spacemaker cofee maker, etc. This slide-out is
beautiful trimmed out in wood laminate molding. The
second slide-out is in the rear bedroom and consists
of a large closet and drawers. This slide-out has a
nice wood laminate molding on the topside. Very
nice. Read below for more detailed description(s).
LIVING AREA: Leather
love seat (this is not a sleeper, but could easly
acommodate a toddler/small child comfortably) has
storage drawer below. Leather appears to be in good
condition, showing slight wear with some minor
creasing, I did not see any rips or burn holes.
There is a large sliding window with screen, fabric
blinds and a beautiful decorative valance. Nearby
switch panel, electrical outlet, and map/reading
light. Sofa sleeper, beautiful fabric, showing only
slight wear, I did not see any rips or burn holes;
has matching throw pillows. Nearby flip-down
beverage holder. Wall-mounted decorative lamp. There
are 2 windows on this portion of the slide-out, both
sliding with screens, fabric blinds and
decorative valances. 2 overhead single door cabinets
with center open-faced cabinet with mirrored
backing; 2 lower map/reading lights, speaker, and
audio level switch. Living area has overhead
Winegard crank for TV antenna, 2 lighting units and
a smoke detector.
KITCHEN/DINING AREA: Kitchen
has beautiful Corian-style counter top with 2
matching sink covers and a range cover. Clear
splashguard protects love seat. ual angled dual
kitchen sink, 2 lower single door cabinets; one
cabinet contains Black & Decker dust buster with
attachments and a Black & Decker spot light. 4 lower
drawers, Magic Chef oven with 3-burner gas range, GE
microwave oven with lower range fan and light.
Single door cabinet above microwave. Triple door
cabinet above sink with interior adjustable shelves
and lower lighting unit, speaker, audio level
switch, and electrical outlet. Sliding window with
screen, horizontal blinds. Large 4-door side-by-side
Norcold refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and
decorative black face. Mini cabinet below contains
house 12V circuit breakers. Panel opposite
refrigerator contains the following: water pump
switch, water heater switch, generator, hobbs
digital generator hour gauge, Powerline energy
management system (service type, ac line, power
status), battery voltage gauge, house battery
switch, levels test/gauge panel (black water, grey
water, fresh water, lp gas), Coleman Mach True Air
residential central heating and air conditioning
panel, dual switch panel. Nearby upper and lower
pantry cabinets; upper cabinet contains engine
heater switch, water heater switch. Lower LP leak
protector. Bench-style dinette converts to sleeper,
again cushions are beautiful, showing only slight
wear, I did not see any rips or burn holes. Both
bench seats have locking drawers below for storage.
Nearby electrical outlet. There are 2 windows on
this portion of the slide-out, both sliding with
screens, fabric blinds and decorative valances. 2
overhead single door cabinets with 2 lower
map/reading lights, center open-faced cabinet; lower
Black & Decker Spacemaker coffee maker (coffee pot
missing). Kitchen/Dining area has overhead lighting
unit and power vent.
BATHROOM: Large
center bathroom has 2 wood sliding divider
doors. Large Corian-style counter top, single sink,
2 lower double door cabinets. Nearby switch panel
(ceiling, shower, make-up, up/down, fan), 2 hand
towel racks, mounted hair dryer, electrical outlet.
Large 3-door mirrored medicine cabinets with plenty
of overhead vanity lights. Large corner shower stall
with interior flip seat, skylight,
mounted/detachable shower head, and shower door
enclosure with outer towel bar. Traveler toilet,
nearby hand rail, TP holder, towel bar, large single
door linen cabinet with interior adjustable shelves,
and in-wall magazine rack. Bathroom has overhead
lighting unit and a crank vent/electric fan.
BEDROOM: Large
bed with mattress, padded decorative headboard.
There are 2 night stand units, each one with
side-mounted reading lamp, electrical outlet and
counter space; one unit has a lower drawer and mini
cabinet; the other has digital alarm, 12VDC, phone
jack and 3 lower drawers. 4 door cabinet above
head-of-bed with 2 lower map/reading lights. Large
decorative beveled mirror on back wall behind head
board. There is a small crank-style window with
screen with also serves as an emergency exit, has
fabric blinds and decorative valance. Overhead
corner TV viewing cabinet near foot of bed does
contain a GE color television with remote control.
Nearby switch panel and slide-out control panel.
Bedroom also has a slide-out which consists of the
whole wardrobe/closet area; upper 3 door wardrobe
cabinet with interior lighting unit; large mirrored
single door cabinet; and plenty of lower drawers.
Bedroom has overhead lighting unit and a ceiling
fan.
SUMMARY: Wow!
Wow! This is a very nice coach. Clean inside and
out. Very clean interior has no unpleasant odors of
any kind such as pet, smoke, musty, etc. She starts,
runs and drives as she should. Carpet in cockpit,
living area, dining area, partial bathroom, and
bedroom - does show medium wear with some staining;
currently has plastic runners in place. Wood
laminate flooring in kitchen looks very nice, as
does the linoleum in bathroom. Walls throughout are
all clean, some may show some minor scuffs and/or
blemishes, minor wallpaper wrinkles, and tiny
mounting holes. Some of the wallpaper border are
beginning to peel back. Counter tops all look good.
Cabinet throughout looks very nice and open and
close properly. Dash looks very good. Large 2-piece
windshield does have a couple small stone chips. All
other windows are good. Everything else we checked
and/or tested at the time of the ad placement was in
proper working order: electric entry step, central
air conditioning, water pump, lp leak detector,
range, oven, microwave, refrigerator/ice maker,
furnace (2), water heater (gas and electric), dash
air, radio, both televisions, rear view camera and
monitor, hydraulic leveling jacks, lights and mark
ers, and generator.
